All vehicle wrapping services are supplied using premium Avery Dennison® vehicle wrap materials, and all architectural, interior, and surface wrapping services are supplied using E-jet® architectural vinyl materials under the Cover-X Transform system.
All services are performed by trained and verified applicators and are carried out in accordance with generally accepted industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and approved application methods, as required under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Reasonable care and skill are applied in all aspects of surface preparation, installation, and finishing to ensure that the service provided is of a reasonable quality, suitable for its intended purpose, and compliant with applicable consumer protection legislation.
In accordance with Section 54 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to services performed:
Should any installation workmanship be found to be defective within a reasonable period after completion, the company will, at its discretion and in compliance with the CPA, remedy the defect, re-perform the service, or refund a reasonable portion of the price paid.
Any manufacturer warranties applicable to Avery Dennison® or E-jet® materials are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, including correct use, care, and maintenance.
The company provides a workmanship warranty limited to installation-related defects, provided the wrap or surface has been used and maintained as intended.
This warranty does not cover:
Vehicle and architectural wraps are cosmetic and protective applications. Any existing paint defects, surface repairs, or imperfections may become visible after installation or upon removal.
Where a surface has been repainted, repaired, aged, or previously damaged, removal of the wrap carries an inherent risk. This risk is disclosed to the consumer prior to installation, and acceptance of the service constitutes acknowledgement of this risk, as permitted under the CPA.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights afforded to the consumer under the Consumer Protection Act.
Only materials that are fit for purpose and approved for the specific application will be used. No substitution of materials will take place without prior client consent.
The company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the wrap or surface treatment, except to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by the Consumer Protection Act.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights afforded to the consumer in terms of the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
